We have a truly fabulous team at Next Generation Care (Essex) Limited. We place great importance on recruiting and retaining high calibre of adults that possess appropriate qualifications and experience. Our aim is always to maintain and to appoint a adults of mixed ages, gender, and ethnicity, that will individually and collectively present as positive role models for the children we support. New adults in the home will complement our existing adults, bringing their experiences together to enhance practise.  Consequently, children will receive the support and services they need from trained, experienced, consistent, and competent staff.

 

We operate adult ratio of 1 to 1 with management presence during office hours as well as an on call overall management facility at any one time. Depending on the needs of the individual child placed with us, we are looking at a general rule of 2 adults on duty with a full capacity of 2 children. This would be increased as necessary and pending the individual needs of the child placed with us. We can cater to DOLS and specific LA requirements up to 3 to 1 adults by arrangement.
