Our Homes
Next Generation Care (Essex) Limited currently operate 3 homes in
South-East Essex namely, Little Trees, New Beginnings and Sunnyside House and are in the process of expanding our homes in the near future. Below is a little information about the 3 residences. Our key messages are………….
All of our homes are set in family properties, children have their own bedrooms and share the remaining facilities. The homes are close to local amenities and leisure centres where membership is part of whats on offer to our young people.
There are close rail links, local parks and nature reserves, a great local market and good shopping in the main town a short distance away.

The friendly team are of long standing and our homes are based on family. We eat together, shop together, plan outings and have fun together, share the chores and the TV, enjoying all the usual family things including games nights, holidays, cooking, bbqs etc.
There is a leisure park close by where there are cinemas, bowling, soft play, restaurants, bowling, go karting, wake boarding and an aqua park.
We strive to make our young people feel at home and part of our family although recognizing that this can take time.
Our homes are registered with Ofsted and we do have once monthly visits by our Reg 44 inspector. This inspection helps and supports our homes to meet Ofsted standards and is separate from our Ofsted inspections that tend to happen annually. Our homes offer 24/7 support so there is always someone to talk to whenever needed. We have room to accommodate up to 3 children or young people but will carefully match to whoever is living here at the time. We take into consideration, age, gender, identity, interests etc.
Our homes have supported access to WIFI and may be available dependent on individual care plans, social worker, IRO and PR. TV has Netflix which has an account included and with a range of programs and apps. Viewing will be monitored by an adult to make sure it is suitable viewing but we all love watching TV with our children be it Disney or Sci Fi depending on our children’s preferences.
